With a Master 2 in Human Resources Management and over 10 years of experience, I support organizations of all sizes and sectors, as well as individuals, in their human, managerial and career development challenges.

I work with executives, managers, and teams on all HR topics, from structuring practices and providing managerial support to internal communication, skills development, and day-to-day operational HR support. My role is to offer an expert, structured, and pragmatic perspective, directly connected to the realities on the ground.

As an Orientaction accredited consultant, I conduct skills assessments using a rigorous methodological framework to support career transitions, development, and repositioning. I also support individuals in their career planning and business creation projects, helping them make informed choices and find meaning in their career paths.

As an Insights Discovery accredited consultant, I use personal profiles as a tool for understanding individual and collective ways of working, to enhance communication, cooperation, leadership, and soft skills development, both in corporate settings and in individual coaching.

My approach is based on a demanding combination of HR expertise, a deep understanding of human dynamics, and operational pragmatism.
